Richard Aarons has been a very successful real estate investor since the 1970s. Starting with a 10,000 dollar investment shortly after graduating Fordham Law School, Richard's investment acumen has enabled him to be able to become a philanthropist. Mt Sinai, Johns Hopkins and the University of Toledo are just a few of the institutions that Richard has given significant grants. Along with his two sons, David and Gregg, AFD Property Group continues its long term commitment to acquiring significant real estate holdings.
Vice President
Gregg joined AFD in 2008 after getting his bachelor's degree in History from Dominican College in Blauvelt, NY. Gregg is a member of PI Gamma Mu, a history honor society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has since turned his focus and interest into real estate. Gregg's responsibilities include overseeing all of AFD Property Group's real estate projects which include ownership of a medical building in Stamford CT, as well as apartment buildings in Long Island and New York City. He is currently building up AFD's real estate portfolio for 2018 and beyond.
Vice President
David is responsible for acquiring the properties and working with the banks to make sure the appropriate financing is in place to be able to make the acquisitons David is also responsible for the re-financings. David joined AFD Property Group in 1999 as the 2nd generation of Aarons to be involved in the company. David works closely with his father and brother. David holds a BA from Emory University, a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Real Estate, with a concentration in Asset Management from New York University.
